I rediscovered yoga over 10 years ago, having first practiced in my teens.  I am qualified to teach a range of yoga styles and traditions and have deepened my expertise through spending time in India. 

I am told that I am a supportive and engaging teacher, inspiring others to improve, build their confidence and improve their fitness.  Yoga has helped me to recover from a back injury by building my strength and flexibility.
